Complete the Online Booking Form and Secure Payment Form to simply confirm your booking Online OR Complete all the relevant forms in our information pack if you have requested one. Copies of all our forms are available for you to print from the links below. Please complete the relevant forms and send them together with your payment to:-

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN MAKING AN ON LINE BOOKING YOU WILL RECIEVE A NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT. UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF BY TELEPHONE, E-MAIL OR IN WRITING IT MUST BE REGARDED AS A REQUESTED BOOKING ONLY & THEREFORE NOT CONFIRMED.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
You may book your Holiday Home at Hoburne Torbay provisionally to give you time to complete your arrangements. Provisional Bookings will be held for SEVEN days from the date of submission pending receipt of a deposit. Copies of the relevant forms are available for printing from the links below or simply follow the instruction for making a provisional booking online. See Below.
TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING ONLINE
Click here and fill out the Online Booking Form. In the "Special Requirements" box YOU MUST enter the words, "Provisional Booking". When you have completed the form you will receive notification of receipt. This will be followed up by a member of staff usually within 24 hours.
TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING BY TELEPHONE
You can contact the general office that deals with bookings for H & H Caravans at Hoburne Torbay caravan holiday park on 01803 605320 when you can check availability in person and reserve the caravan of your choice.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
You are expected to insure your caravan holiday against cancellation, however it is not a requirement. To assist our customers in this, when returning your deposit receipt we will enclose a relevant application form for travel insurance administered by Insurance Professionals and offering cover not only for Cancellation but also for Curtailment of your caravan holiday. The scheme is offered by The Pavey Group here in Torbay for whom we are an Introducer Appointed Representative and as such receive a commission for each policy that is taken out.
